I went to the same corporate store and got 2 N10 and 2 N100 for $100. The guy tried to lie to me that I need pay $120 and set up auto pay to get the $100/4 lines deal and I said that was not correct. The guy just said "ohh, you know everything and you are like a boss" and proceeded with $100 cash.
I ported 2 numbers.

Funny thing: my friend went to the same exact store and the store not only said $120 with auto pay is required and that my friend could only get 2 N10 and 2 samsung A21, not 2 N100. My friend left with empty hands.
These stores are like shit.

I would just call my bank and block the merchant / report card lost and stop all recurring charges.
Good advice although I would do more than that, and that is escalate up Metro PCS management store owner to corporate and also FCC complaint....as fraudulent illegal activity

Nothing works without high security code. I have already reported this to BBB. And if I don't see proper response, I ll report this in FTC.

I ll trash these idiots till I get my account access.
Did you try to escalate through management or corporate? And ask why thy did that?

Went to one of my local stores today and got 2 N10, 2 N100. Was looking at other phones for the new lines but they were out of stock. Only stores near me are AD (CS is 1 hour+ away). Paid $168 for the 4. Not sure how it added up with tax/fees, they said the $20 fee was waived but might have been charged for just one($15 was for a screen protector they installed but didn't ask if I wanted).

(edit: just signed into the account, shows $120/4 lines with with $31 in additional fees for Scam Shield Protection, Premium Handset Protection, and Select Shared Calling)

Didn't ask for ID, just Name/Address/DOB. Had the porting info written down for both numbers so they didn't push needing the phones/etc for the #'s that were being transferred.

Used the Tracfone #'s from my previous post. No issues. The whole process did take more time than I was expecting though.

Have been calling my local CS over the past week, almost twice daily, always tell me not in stock, I called this afternoon around 4 , also told me not in stock, during evening time I stopped at the store on my way shopping, went inside , saw people buying N10, when I asked for it, he told me there 's only one left, but I know this is not true, after porting in my At&T post paid lines, I finally got one N10, one N100, two Samsung A21 for $100, he opened the N10 and N100, but didn't open the two A21. I declined other accessories.

BTW, I paid with a gift card with just a balance of $108 something, I don't know if he enrolled me with auto pay? Do I still need to do anything with this account?

Since he didn't open the A21 box, just wrote phone number on the box, can I just leave them unopened using the drawer trick? If I don't want to wait for 6 months, can I sell the phone as Metro phone after my first month bill used, can my buyer use the phone on Metro? What other carrier this phone can possibly be used besides Metro? Thanks a lot.

many users have said yes.

can my buyer use the phone on Metro?

after 2 months from activation yes the buyer must/can use on metro

What other carrier this phone can possibly be used besides Metro?

Thanks a lot for the reply and repped. You are always the best. Just wondering since the A21 box are still sealed, I was not given any sim card, is that possible the sim was already inserted ?

Sim is in the box. Usually not inserted inside the phone.

No need to call to tell them you're porting out.

If you have an online account with TracFone, you can set your port-out PIN yourself.

For GSM SIMs, the account number is the last 15 digits of the SIM card.

I haven't ported out any Tracfone Verizon numbers lately, but I've think the account number is the 15 digits of the IMEI.
Tracfone number porting is not eligible for metro switch rebate or visible either.. any1 can confirm if they succeed with either metro or visible

Thanks and repped. Just wondering if I later decided to sell the phone without open the box and take out the sim, is there any issue for me ? Guess not, as it's prepaid plan, should have no much info attached.

Welcome to Metro👍. If it is sealed, if you want you can port out now which will release the IMEI from you ac. Other metro buyer can use his sim on this device.

I ported out one number to Tello on next day and sealed box device is released from my metro account.

Edit- Once your port out or cancelled the line, sim doesn't have any value. Buyer needs to throw the sim away. Also if you didn't pay for second pay, that sim will be invalid after 60 days.

Thanks so much for the info and repped. I think it's a good idea to port these two new number to Visible to get $100 GC. BTW, does it make sense to use drawer trick to have the A21 auto unlocked in 6 months? or just forget about unlocking, port the numbers out and sell the phone after that? Thanks again, glad to see you here.
