Today the 16th is literally the last day I have to return 3 of these.
But the BestBuy website says not eligible for pricematch. Are they really going to make me return and rebuy to get the lower price or is there a better way?

I had trouble price matching with best buy. So yeah do it the hard way.

Holy cow thanks for this, I thought Kingston incident was enough but I guess they figured after w years we forgot about it and they are right. I didn't consider other companies would pull same shenagiangs again.
So I haven't even opened the sx8200 1tb. Should i open it or not even bother. I bought it January 21. Not even a chance that its the good one?
Judging by the reviews on Amazon of the people who purchased around Black Friday, it is really hit or miss. It could also vary by 2TB or 1TB versions. At $200, this is not bad regardless of version; it's just not 970 evo good or that slick of a deal for the slow version.

Staying away from this BS
Not that I know of. I opened and checked the actual chip on the nvme.
Adata has been steadily building it's brand in US for the past several years, I'm surprised they would downspec a flagship product.
