It's better for me, since the closest Target is 40 minutes away, so 30 cents to have it plopped on my porch instead of paying tolls and burning gas + wasting 2 hours. If I were in my car in Target's parking lot, 30 cents is still worth it to not have to go inside and walk around, wait in line and pay.

FYI for point of reference, the last time I bought these I got a quantity of 450 (3 x 150) for $2.62, in case someone doesn't need them right away. If you do need them now, seems like a decent price.
