For the drivers out there, at $3, it's worth having just to change the registration sticker on your car every year. On my old car, it was always extremely annoying doing that due to the design of the dash but this makes quick work of it.
Also, the two times we've moved apartments, it was super fast to remove anything and everything we had up on the walls with double sided tape.
You need to buy a special blade to remove a 1 inch sticker? Lol
I'm sure you think you're very clever, but on some vehicles, the registration sticker is very difficult to reach due to how close the dash is to the windshield, making it almost impossible to use just a regular razor blade, especially if you don't have tiny little baby hands.
In any situation, this is still the best tool to use to safely remove glue residue from glass. I've also used mine to easily remove those monstrous pigeon shits that refuse to come off, even after a car wash. Personally, I wouldn't want to use a small razor for that and get pigeon crap all over my fingers when I can just swap the blade on my scraper.
So you can lol all you want, but for $3, you get a pretty versatile tool that can be used in a number of situations.

I very much prefer the screw style scrapers after that incident.

Not sure what state you're from. In NY the stickers are at the bottom of the windshield so the tool in this deal is virtually useless since theres such a long reach. You need something more like this...

Just bought a house and each window had an old security company sticker on them. Used a scraper and some elbow grease to get them all of cleanly If you are afraid, use some Windex while you scrape.

I am in NY and this actually worked fine on my car, which is a bit of a pain since the dash where the gauges are is rounded off at the top and comes really close to the windshield.
Removing the sticker with the one you linked versus the one in this deal would certainly be much easier, and it's the type that most shops use to remove inspection stickers, but I was able to manage just fine, while using a razor blade by itself was damn near impossible.
In general though for most people, I think something like this would suffice and is more cost effective ($3 vs $12), unless you're someone who uses a scraper all the time. I also like the smaller form factor vs the more professional one since I don't use it too often and it doesn't take up too much space in my kitchen drawer of random crap.

Ceramic is harder than these blades
