No printer deals out there?

I've been waiting on a printer deal to hit the main site, but it's been slim pickings.

I'm looking for a color laser (but willing to take an inkjet for a good price) with duplex printing and a feeder.

Anything out there?

Yeah, since people can't use the office printer any more I suspect that even finding a printer for home use, much less an affordable one, would be rather difficult.

That's what I was afraid of, but I figured it would subside eventually? There are still Chromebook deals despite the regular shortages.

This just makes me resent having to own a printer more!

It's amazing how things, not just the current situation seem to drag out way longer than you could ever expect.

Yeah, because most people print very little at home. It's almost a waste to have a printer at home.

My printer broke during the pendemic and needed one for school and work. I bought the Epson eco tank but returned it when it was streaking when not used daily plus wouldn't print a shipping label correctly. I ended up with a Brother which cost $130 plus tax and has the eco tank setup also. I have had it for a few months and works great. This was regular price on it but was hard to find anything good with the pendemic.

Exactly. You are never going to use a printer at home often enough to keep it working!

With school and work it's used several times a week, most weeks. The Brother is no problem for us. The Epson had ink bottles that seemed to dry by sitting even a couple of days.

The Epson was more $, kept streaking, didnt have fax, and couldn't print a shipping label in landscape. I do not have a phone line but found an app called fax.plus which can fax over the internet.

I have an HP officejet 6978 that I bought last year and I hate it worse than any printer I've ever owned. Absolute junk and always loses wifi connection and never prints when I need it.
