This watch is awesome. The Bluetooth connection on my iphone 11 drops often but not a huge deal. I liked it most for accurate gps and step tracking. I put a rubber case on it to protect it, hey look at that it fell off at some point and I just noticed.

Had this watch for over 1.5 years. The battery life sucks. With HR on, BT off it can lose up to 20% per 24 hours without any activities. Since I do activities frequently, I find myself having to charge it like every 3 days. Not a fan

My Apple Watch disagrees with your definition of bad battery life..

Got this just after Black Friday. Beat my first goal (10k in 56 minutes) on week 8/13. Took a week off. Now I'm on week 2 of a half marathon completion (might swap to a time goal).

Would not recommend Coach Jeff, though I did finish 5 weeks early. Apparently his "easy run" is supposed to be done with his run-walk-run idea, but the watch doesn't do it and it isn't stated anywhere. So on like week 2 or 4, it was to run 7 miles, then 9, 11, and 13. I decided to try my 10k pace a couple days prior to the 13 mile run because I was unaware at that point still that you need a 3rd party interval app for those easy jogs. During the 11 mile, I almost hit my 10k goal time without trying, which is not actually supposed to be feasible with the run-walk-run idea for that task (as in I should have had walk breaks so I wouldn't have been at all close to that time - obviously the eventual goal was to meet or beat said time).

I've done programs with all three coach Jeff is difficult. I've read in forums most people stating they drop it around 3 or 4 weeks in.

That's nuts. I would have kept with it, but my treadmill isn't meant for 13+ mile runs and we are getting too much snow here. I had done the 9 and 11 mile runs at about 30ish outside and no snow. Now we have a few inches and I'm not about to do walking parts when it's been about 10-12 outside.

my $0.02 - don't buy this if you actually want to time yourself and track REAL physical activities, swimming, or workouts. you use the touchscreen to start/stop timing and tracking. Good luck with that when you're dripping sweat or wet. Plus reaching to scratch your back during workouts or jogs, if your back touches the screen accidentally, it can cause the watch to stop. If you want to use it to track skiing/snowboarding/x-country skiing/snowmobiling, you'll need to take your glove off to start/stop.

Buy the vivoactive 4 instead. it has 2 actual buttons, one of them is for start/stop. plus it has music built in. if you're serious about an activity tracking watch, the 4 is worth the upgrade.
What are you talking about? The only way to start or stop an activity is by pressing the button. Touching the face of the watch will change the screen, or view an email or text.

Have it. Love it. It's comfortable and affordable. Perfect for a fitness minded person who doesn't wanna charge it every day and is okay being notified only of texts and using their phone for replies and music.

I got the refurb from GPS Nation also and didn't buy the extended warranty. Nothing has broken, so I don't feel too regretful. I switched back to Android from iOS, so I sold my Apple Watch 3, and I'm happy. The battery life is better, and I feel like I'm wearing a traditional watch (preference). It seems accurate with most things, except it says I only get about 30 minutes of deep sleep per night. I think I'd be dead if that were the case. I only intended this to last me about 2 years, and I'm halfway there. I purchased a tempered glass screen protector (pack of 3 on Amazon for about $7), and it fit perfectly. I will definitely consider Garmin when I'm ready to buy a nicer, newer model.
I got the refurb GPS Nation deal as well and I agree with you on the sleep analysis. I find my fitbit charge 3 is more accurate. I think a watch with an sp02 would do an even better job. Btw, I opted not to get a screen protector and my screen is just fine. I took a big chance on that because I work outdoors and and I was sure my screen would get scratched but I so far so good.

Great watch. I wear it everyday when i grabbed this for $70 off of GPS Nation. Has almost all the basic functions you could ever ask for. Only thing left wanting is music storage, but certainly not a deal breaker.
Bought the same deal and have likewise been wearing ot every day. i also agree its a very good watch.
