It is the best hybrid smart watch I have had. I also like the Garmin app for tracking my steps and other things. However, a few like flights of stairs walked, are inaccurate.

Would not recommend Coach Jeff, though I did finish 5 weeks early. Apparently his "easy run" is supposed to be done with his run-walk-run idea, but the watch doesn't do it and it isn't stated anywhere. So on like week 2 or 4, it was to run 7 miles, then 9, 11, and 13. I decided to try my 10k pace a couple days prior to the 13 mile run because I was unaware at that point still that you need a 3rd party interval app for those easy jogs. During the 11 mile, I almost hit my 10k goal time without trying, which is not actually supposed to be feasible with the run-walk-run idea for that task (as in I should have had walk breaks so I wouldn't have been at all close to that time - obviously the eventual goal was to meet or beat said time).

Buy the vivoactive 4 instead. it has 2 actual buttons, one of them is for start/stop. plus it has music built in. if you're serious about an activity tracking watch, the 4 is worth the upgrade.
