After struggling for an hour, finally, I figured it! These are my steps:

1. Google for EDU discount to Samsung.com and login from there ( I would use INCOGNITO for it )
2. Hover over the Mobile and click on the Watch section >> Watch 3, choose the Silver 45MM LTE (not sure if it works for the black one )
3. Choose no-trade-in
4. Add desired bands from OP's post ( I went with Novonappa® Hybrid Band (22mm) Black )
5. Skip the Add-ons
6. Apply Promo Code - PALETTEPANDA21
7. Apply Promo Code for the band ( found on OP's main post ). My Promo Code was GPTYR840BRBBW

Your total should be around $148.xx some change before the taxes. You can knock another $10-$15 off if it's a new account with a referral code. I opened a new account and saved more. My total was $149.xx with VA taxes.

So weird thing is my 45mm GALAXY WATCH MYSTIC Black order came in today after being delayed for awhile.. except it was just the Watch Face Kit (I was wondering why the box wasn't long as it normally is as my brother got the silver version which went on sale after the black but his came few weeks ago and came with a band (free extra one still also delayed).

So now I just have a watch face without the original band or the free brown hybrid one.. I hope they end up sending me one of the bands (I was hoping to have the original black band) soon or else I gotta go get my own band now? smh

To those without watch bands, one option is to get a steel mesh band from Amazon. It is fairly cheap, around $10, and easily adjustable due to the magnet. I often tighten and loosen the strap and this works perfectly and quickly for that.

Hope your bands show up soon.

Dunno but the steps count from my watch 3 seems very inaccurate. I walk 10 steps and I see that the count increases by 15. I pretend to throw some boxing punches to the air without taking ANY step at all for 10 seconds and the step count went up by 25!

Almost makes me feel like its a piece of junk that would like to return!

I had that issue with my Fitbit. Actually, the Watch 3 is giving me lower numbers than my Fitbit and appears to be more accurate.

Have you updated the Watch 3 to the latest firmware, in case it was fixed in a later firmware?

Hope others can provide a better response with their experience.

So samaung sent me a watch but never delivered it, but delivered all my bands (4 of them). I called them up that my watch is not delivered, so they are saying that they stopped the watch since I used a lot of promos and want me to return the bands or else they will not return my money. They are saying you shouldn't have used so many promos, which is technically their issue to solve if they don't want me to use promos. Never been in this situation, and not sure if anyone else experienced this. Thoughts?

did you use so many promos in a single order?
if you didn't receive the watch and the tracking says not delivered then you can dispute your credit card charge.
