Deal History includes data from multiple reputable stores, such as Best Buy, Target, and Walmart. The lowest price among stores for a given day is selected as the "Sale Price".
Sale Price does not include sale prices at Amazon unless a deal was posted by a community member.
How does this stack up to the Hynix P31 that often goes on sale for the same price?
Often is a brave word to use concerning a drive that has had no SD post in 2021.
Anyways the reviewed P5 is not a particularly impressive drive as it creates a lot of heat. However there are rumors that an updated version is in the world that uses industry leading 176L flash that should bring obscenely good performance and power efficiency. Nobody has proven this tho.

Well, the year is young yet I guess I'll just keep waiting, I don't need it THAT badly, if I did I'd just buy it for $134 or whatever the heck it is this week and say the hell with it.
I picked up two of these @ $125 each. Put one in my dell G5 that had a cheapy 512gb nvme, and I noticed the difference instantly. Takes all of 4 seconds or less to allocate space on very large Steam games. The other one i put in my desktop and noticed a slight speed increase over my previous Crucial P1 drive. Definitely worth the price.
