That seems above average!
I currently have a Zwilling Pro 7-Inch Chef's Knife that is my everyday knife but I find that it leaves a bit of the veggies uncut due to the curved blade, and in my research found that a Nakiri knife would be perfect for cutting veggies straight through.
So would this be a good knife to buy for my everyday knife for veggies or is there a better knife to wait for on a deal?
I don't mind spending more money as Im the type to buy once and cry once. if there is a better overall knife for $100-$150, I can wait for a deal on that. thanks for any advice for a new knife shopper
This one is an 8" blade and half off, with free shipping:
