About this product:
Everyday Essentials RS 60 Multifunctional Workout Station Adjustable Olympic Workout Bench with Squat Rack, Leg Extension, Preacher Curl, and Weight Storage.
Key Features:
Adjustable:
Both Olympic Bench and Squat Rack are adjustable. Bench can be adjusted to incline, flat and decline chest press positions, while the rack can be adjusted to different heights.
Two-Piece Design:
The Olympic Bench and Squat Rack can be used together or separately or even moved out of the way, allowing you to perform squats and other exercises without obstruction.
Dimensions:
73" L x 46 W x (50"-65") H (Squat Rack adjustable from 50" to 65")
Designed to support a maximum user weight of 400 lbs. and a maximum total weight of 800 lbs.
I comment this every time a deal on one of these shows up but the height of the bench is taller than typical benches so if you're on the shorter side (I'm 6'), you might have issues with leg drive while doing bench presses. The bench height in this set is ~21", typical height is ~18"
It's better than what you have now, which is probably nothing. If you use it for 30 days and it has no issues great, if it sucks return it. Can't really lose here if you are in the market for something like this. Essentially a free trial for 30 days.
Also, as far as reviews go. People are 10 times more likely to leave a negative review or share a negative experience than they are a positive one. You go to a restaurant the food is good, you probably don't tell anyone. You go and the food is awful, you probably tell everyone you can. It's called "negativity bias" - look it up. Point being for every sh!t review there are 10 good experiences that people don't write about because they got what they expected.
Convinced?!
True... but who wants to take it apart, box it back up, load and unload in your car, drag it into Walmart, and then wait in line.

Just purchased the xrs 20 for $199, this is a great buy. The bench is very cheap. I'm about 5'8 and it's barely high enough to be able to squat with this set. Otherwise, good price and pairs well with 300lb weight set from Dick's with 7' Olympic bar.
can it really handle the 300lbs? i know it says it can do 800lbs but i know thats bulshit haha
Speak for yourself. Social distancing is my excuse to tell people to not try and invite themselves over to my house, stay out of my personal space in public, and hopefully convince my boss to let me work from home.
I really want to start minimizing some of my space but it looks like this bench shares the same design flaw with the XRS 20 where the frame to hold the preacher support is in the way when doing leg curls. Is that correct?

I bought this for $120 https://www.walmart.com/ip/Gold-s-Gym-XRS-20-Adjustable-Olympic-Workout-Bench-with-Squat-Rack-Leg-Extension-Preacher-Curl-and-Weight-Storage/5280822?irgwc=1&sourceid=imp_VtUxf33m9xyOWNXwUx0Mo38SUkEQ2dUtI2dSSo0&veh=aff&wmlspartner=imp_10451&clickid=VtUxf33m9xyOWNXwUx0Mo38SUkEQ2dUtI2dSSo0&sharedid=&affiliates_ad_id=567111&campaign_id=9383
s on it years ago. Barely used before Covid-19. No matter what they tell you, don't put more than 250 pound on it. If you lift more than that, go to the gyms or spend more money for better bench.
I only put 150 pounds max on it. It become handy since the pandemic: my office gyms is closed. If you want to take chances, it's yours.

thanks for the info , are you taking about the bench or the entire set? i got my own bench but only need the rack. 200lbs is all i got anyway.
I have an XRS-20 which looks about the same as this. It's pretty versatile, along with the adjustable bench you can do preacher curls, leg extensions, and leg curls(not comfortable though).
Are Olympic weights very expensive? My husband is insisting we will need to spend 1k to use this
There are a few things in life you don't want to cheap out on.. . . . . . Lasik, bourbon, jack stands, a haircut. Look, I get it. This is a deals site. You want to find the thing you need at the lowest price but THIS IS NOT THE THING YOU NEEED.
Never buy garbage gym equipment particularly when you are in a home gym working out by yourself. This is absolute garbage. Make the investment in quality.

Benches should be new; others can be found cheap on Creaglist. Easier to check out the quality. I bought all new but at different time; total is about $300. All depends on your needs.

I'm not sure I would consider this set "garbage", I don't expect the welds to break or any of the metal to bend but I agree with you about working out by yourself. The safety arms included in this set are pretty short and almost useless when bench pressing. I did eventually upgrade to a full rack (Fitness Reality 810XLT) purely because I workout alone.
