Agreed. iPad OS has a lot that needs to change for it to replace a proper computer. A better file system, better multitasking, desktop class web browser when the keyboard is plugged in, a mouse pointer that isn't a big dot allowing for more precise clicks etc.

You'll never get a mouse pointer less than the dot. It would undermine the iPad touch experience too much.

Should be 90 days (certainly no less) like all electronics. So as was mentioned above, my father is buying one in anticipation of the new larger ipad pro (or a great deal on a 2020 one) to replace his ancient Macbook. If it doesn't fit, back it goes.

EDIT: Looks like I was wrong. My parents picked one up and they were told this falls under Costco's normal return policy - aka they could "return it 5 years from now if needed" (their words, not my parents'.)

i do know it's an overpriced keyboard. but using it with my ipad air 4 for logging into windows remote desktop is a godsend.
