Nope. Any line dropped in the previous 90 days must be reinstated to receive the rebate.

This is an update for what I did, attempting byod and BOGO. Completed 2 line byod yesterday and went back today after settling on iPhone 11 Pro Max for BOGO. Ported over 3rd line and guy says no need to create 4th line as the BOGO requirement for new line is fulfilled with the port over. After confirming multiple times, guys says I will get the $100 and $540 rebate no issues. Supervisor confirmed so hope that's true Confused

I noticed that he tagged the second BOGO phone to one of the byod lines. I tell him that concerns me regarding byod rebate as I didnt want to touch that line as now it will make it seem like an upgrade but he says it will be fine as the byod rebate is coming from Costco and I fulfilled the requirements by bringing my own device. His supervisor gets involved and after a lot of back and forth, he supposedly does something that no longer tags BOGO phone to the byod line.

Not feeling great about this but they did reassure that if rebates get rejected, they can do an 'escalation' to make it right.

I was able to pick up two 11 pros at my local store today with this deal.
Going back tomorrow to add a couple more lines with the byod $300 rebate deal.

I am not sure if you can do BOGO without adding one new line. However, I am sure that you can upgrade one line, not sure if you can upgrade both lines.

However, i would suggest upgrading one existing line and add one new line (if you are planning to stay for 3 months). The reason is, Costco offers a $100 extra rebate for adding one new line, and adding one new line shouldn't cost you more than $20/month, so 3 Months * 20 = $60....$40 Profit for adding a new line.
