Enjoying the unit enough where I think I may hook my chromebook up with it or may do a RetroPi.
Have you tried a reset on the unit?
Just make sure that you format the drives properly and use the Addontool for Windows to make your drive. You can't just simply plop random roms.

Do the Daphne games show up intermixed with the other games? Or are they in a completely separate sub-menu?

I myself had smaller drives on hand (64 gig) so I did my systems on separate drives so I'm going by what I've read.

Took only a minute to get both controls paired and a little looking around to get the Arcade Sauce Emulator pack working. The only thing I notice a little off is input timing (and it's ever so slight) so next going to update to the latest firmware. Feels like a complete steal at the $100 price mark.
The unit of far more effective from all reports with a full charge for some reason, and mine took a few hours to fully charge with the included usb brick and weird usb a male to usb a male cable....
always plug it into the puck, and if you have more then one stick, obviously use a hub.
