I got a unit with a non working button. I'm tempted to open it up and see if it's just a loose wire but before that I hit up their support email..

Got this:

Delivery incomplete

Hmmm not sure what's up. Should I worry?

Not sure about their email issues but I agree with you regarding the "bad" button. When I first received my full sized Legends Ultimate Arcade, I opened up the joystick console to change the restrictor plates and tighten my newly installed bat tops and ended up yanking out some of the button wiring. I ended up doing this a couple times until I got them all reconnected correctly.

ATgames oem spinner (HAA340) $29.99

Quote from Hockey37 :
Has anyone confirmed that this would be a plug and play? Does the spinner port on the controller board work? Would a new hole need to be drilled or could an existing button hole be used?

Got an answer today finally from ATGAMES and they said NO on fitting this to the Gamer Pro. But he said it comes with the cable to connect to the Cab model.

So looking inside the Legends Gamer Pro's control panel it shows the SPINNER input as marked in yellow... hmmmm

The port doesn't work according to people who have looked into it.

Added more games to my setup all loaded into a 480GB SSD (aprox 300GB at the moment) from Daphne, NES, SNES to Vectrex and many in between.
Just to confirm, when you add the other games, they all show up in the same "menu" as the other CoinOpsX games, right?

(I mean, you could create a category/genre list that includes the Daphne games, for example, but that's the only way to keep the other games "separate", right?)

I was wondering the same thing...

Or is the only way to do this to dump all of your Arcade, NES, SNES, Genesis, SegaCD saUCE ROMs in the same UCE folder so they all show up in alphabetical order in the CoinOpsX wheel menu as one big mix of games?

If I understand it correctly, the only other way (other than manually creating other TXT files in a specific folder on the USB drive, with the actual names of the ROMs you want to have in their own category) is to have multiple USB drives.

But I'm waiting for someone to confirm that; I could be wrong.

I have one USB drive with CoinopsX and all the consoles. I start with a CoinopsX-configured drive, then add console UCE's each in their own file directory (NOT merged in with the CoinosX UCE/cox directories). After running the AddonX utility I plug it into the Gamer Pro, using the CoinopsX app for arcade, and for consoles going to the BYOB menu and using AddonX. The console list will be on the left, built by my directory names, all the games for each console will be on the right. No text files needed and I have everything on one drive.

Thank you for the explanation. Did you have to run AddoX each time you add folders?

No because I built it all at once so only needed one run of the AddonX utility when I was done, but it took hours. I'd build everything you think you'll want once, as you'll need to re-run for new content. But later runs should be much faster so not a huge deal I suppose.

What do you do with the "cox" and "content" folders? I'm looking at Daphne, FWIW.

when I scroll using the X button on P2 they are all separated by Console yes. You need to create a playlist.txt and playlist_art.png for each console in order to make that work

I added atari,C64,colecovision,daphne,gamegear,GBA,genesis,intelllivision,lynx,nes,odyssey2,pcecd,scumm,segacd,sg1000,snes,tg16,vectrex and virtualboy

Yes, I believe it will be a mixed up games list in the CoinOpsX wheel menu.
--I found this reddit post with 3 ways to name our games so the CoinopsX wheel will show the games in the order you pre-made based on how we named the files
https://www.reddit.com/r/FansOfsa...th_addonx/
Also what FUBARz mentioned above is great tips to organizing/ navigating this large list of games.

Finally (and a nice way that can also put them at the beginning of CoinOpsX) is to add a second copy of the game, but rename it 0_TMNT, 0_Simpsons, etc. The leading 0 or 00 will make it pop up as soon as you open AddonX.
--I just received my Samsung fit plus 128gb flash drive, so in the next day or so, I will attempt organizing these games in the same ways like the above tips
Will attempt organizing a Favorites, Arcade, NES, SNES, Genesis, SegaCD,Atari, NEC TG16, C64, Amiga.
--My only concern is if the 128gb flash drive may burn out on us if used longer than 2 hrs, over long term use.
(I made an Arcade Sandisk ultra 64gb drive, and it has a slight burning smell after using it).

Yes this is what I understood...Great information & about adding games with AddonX utility.
Besides CoinOps, the BYOB menu using AddonX is the other good way to see each console's games listed/organized separately in subfolders.

I'm really enjoying Legends Pro. My friend (who lives in another state) and I bought it at the same time. Last night we had a gaming session... we were both on a video call and we each both each played Metal Slug for the first time... that was fun. I really wish we could play online...

Some thoughts about Legends Pro:

- CoinopsX is a game changer. The best thing is that it successfully replicates that arcade experience. The demo videos clips are great... it's like you walking past all those cabinets at the mall arcade and seeing the demos. Wish the navigation was faster.
- Bluetooth is unplayable for me. There's that slight lag that make it detrimental to shooters and fight games. I have since connected the controller to the puck over USB and a HUGE improvement.
- The requirement to beam home every 5 plays was really bothering me at first. But the same thing happens when you play Switch... so it's not worth getting worked up over. And after seeing CoinopsX, I no longer care... it's a small inconvenience.
- Legends UI is slow and I wish it was snappy.
- For $100, no question, amazing deal, enough to quell any gripes.
Few other notes:
- To connect the controller over wired USB and play ROMs off of USB memory, just use a USB hub. It works just fine. I'm using a USB 3.0 hub just to make sure the connection is not the bottleneck.

Questions:
- Is there a way to leave scanlines on by default for every game?
- How are y'all playing games like Ikari Warriors where the arcade had the twisting joysticks and the mapping for CoinopsX is uses the trackball?
- Anyway to get rapid fire?
- Can you use a 3rd party controller on Legends? Like a Mayflash arcade stick or some other gamepad? (I've read before in the posts that you can connect Xbox controller over bluetooth?)

BTW guys, In my setup I did everything from scratch again when adding all the above consoles since I went from 128GB pen drive to 480GB SSD drive to make it all fit. Right now its at 315GB with plenty of space left and used 3GB for the F partition. The addonXtool took about 55m to set it all up due to contents and size.
