Just a heads up for others if u have a sapphire reserve or preferred card you get free delivery with dash pass. If you have one of those cards then this gift card route is the way to go because you won't get free delivery with square cash card.
I would actually say that during these times DashPass is keeping afloat small businesses without that don't have their own delivery drivers, while others relying only on pickup are struggling more.
You mean NOT the way to go? And didn't even think about that, I have the sapphire card and was thinking I would still get the free delivery etc but prob not. Only if you pay with card.
This IS the way to go. Even if you use the gift card, as long as the total exceeds 12 dollars and your sapphire card is the default payment method (even if the payment is 0 dollars after gift card balance) you still get the free delivery.
