Both the Argus 2 and Argus Pro have replaceable batteries that are like $35
I appreciate the heads up! $0 shipped extra camera is the slickest deal I've ever gotten haha. I also got the 20% off and got the Pro with the panel.
I'm not sure if the newer Reolink Argus 2E will have a better motion detection response.
I have compared the Reolink Argus 2 to Eufy 2K Indoor camera, and the Eufy is much more responsive. But then, when I tried the Eufy doorbell (1080p w/ battery version) isn't very responsive to motion, even after playing around with the settings.
I believe wyze v3 will work in ny weather.

The app will work, you just wont be able to see anything/connect to anything unless you previously downloaded the videos to your phone. It isn't magic, the camera needs an internet connection to send the video and the app needs an internet connection to receive the video.
The most important factor being the Eufy phone app is superior to the Reolink app.
The solar panels worked well, but they require maintenance of course due to rain/debris/dirt build up etc.
I as also having quit a bit of an issue with 1 or all cameras dropping connection sporadically causing me to have to basically reset the camera which also required me to take it down from its mount. I think the video quality is superior on the Eufy but that's also my opinion.
Knowing what I know now between the two, I would have gone straight for the Eufy cameras with base station.

Ehh...... it keeps detecting a jacket hanging in my garage as a human (Eufy). I kinda get why but............... so far the Reolink AI has been pretty great!
