ebaY sneaker authenticator delays causing problems

Omgosh, ebay sneaker authenticator in New York is having big delays, and buyers are opening ITEM NOT RECEIVED cases against sellers, for the delays, when tracking clearly shows item is at the ebaY authenticator.
This holds up the seller's money!
I have now had the 2nd case opened against me the seller, by a buyer due to the above. Ebay sent an email to sellers, not buyers, March 26, and April 1, 2021 (ebay said they sent the message to buyers but they didn't according to my buyers on text; And, ebay does not allow buyer and seller to talk on ebay message center on ebay authenticated sneaker listings, and you have to go through authenticator as a seller if the sneakers cost more than $100!). SO FRUSTRATING.

Message from ebay, latest April 1, 2021:

You can continue to monitor your order in Seller Hub. As soon as the independent authenticator verifies your item, your order status will update automatically.
As part of eBay's Authenticity Guarantee program, you are automatically protected for your seller performance standard and service metrics rating as long as you ship your item within your stated handling time and your item passes inspection by the authenticator. This protection includes:
• Item Not Received case defects
• Item Not As Described case defects
• Negative or Neutral feedback
• Service Metrics count for INR and Item Not As Described cases
Defects and negative/neutral feedback for cases will be removed automatically before your next monthly seller performance evaluation. You do not need to take any action.
We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for selling on eBay.

It took a week to go FedEx Ground for my latest shipment from west coast to Ebay authenticator in New York. Ebay authenticator has now had the item for 8 addtional days and still has not shipped the shoes to my buyer and they have not communicated with buyer.
So a buyer, 2nd one now, has opened an item not received case against me!! I won the last ebay case (because of tracking clearly showing I did my job as seller), but still, ebay should not allow such cases be opened, when tracking clearly shows it is the ebay authenticators fault, not the ebay seller.
Ebay should allow item not received cases to be opened against the ebay authenticator in New York, especially when tracking clearly shows it is their fault, not the seller's!
So, guess what? It is taking 3 weeks or more for buyer to receive their sneakers (costing $100 or more) purchased on ebay, due to the authentication requirement and the big delays with ebay authenticator in New York.
