I actually purchased both to compare. I had just decided to keep the dewalt, but now i may need to re-think.

Dewalt pros: slightly larger, about an inch higher, opens and closes a bit easier, could be used as a portable table/desk as you can slide a chair under, sturdy
Cons: no shelf (but you could prop a piece of plywood between the legs if you wanted to), doesn't come with clamps, $30 more, the metal handle protrudes when open.

Keter pros: cheaper, opens easily, has a shelf, comes with mini clamps, sturdy
cons: legs don't stay in place well when closed, could not put a chair under, closing is not as easy as the dewalt, lots of plastic parts that don't seem as sturdy as the dewalt.

Now you need to buy a keyboard from Sam's Club. Your period key is obviously broken.

Paid $50 on sale a year or two ago. A bit of a pain and not perfect, but does the job.

I think $44 is a great price for a name brand table.
I hadn't been a member in 10 months, so I used the new membership deal that gives you a $45 GC after paying $45. I received a GC for $45 and used it with no issue on the website to place an order. So you can say after getting the membership for free, I got the table without an up charge.
