Apple TV [apple.com] is offering a $14.99 digital bundle of District 9, Elysium, and Chappie all in 4k HDR(Dolby Vision) and a 4th Bonus title is offered via
Movies Anywhere [moviesanywhere.com].
Please beware that
iTunes [apple.com] is showing the same bundle in a maximum of HD, at least for me, so please tread carefully if purchasing through iTunes, and not the Apple TV app specifically.
To receive your fourth bonus movie:
Make sure your Apple account is already linked to
Movies Anywhere [moviesanywhere.com] before purchasing the bundle. After purchasing, you will receive an e-mail with a redemption code for a bonus movie, so long as you haven't yet redeemed an eligible Sony movie in the
movies anywhere promotion [moviesanywhere.com]. Of note to some: the movies anywhere e-mail landed in my promotions folder within gmail.
Eligible Bonus Titles to choose from:
The Fifth Element [moviesanywhere.com] (4k)
Final Fantasy The Spirits Within [moviesanywhere.com] (HD)
Pompeii [moviesanywhere.com] (HD)
Battle: Los Angeles [moviesanywhere.com] (4k)
Runaway [moviesanywhere.com] (HD)

Question tho for people who might know better I hear Apple often gives free upgrades to 4K would that apply here?

I know when you buy bundles in iTunes that end in .99 it doesn't transfer. So assuming this is only 4K on Apple devices.

Yes, the free movie, "The Fifth Element" redeems as 4K UHD. I can confirm this.
Thank you
Thanks OP. Bought it using AppleTV app on my iPad. Movies showed up in 4k hdr as mentioned. Free bonus movie email arrived immediately with Fifth Element redeeming in 4K.
