These are nice PWM fans, some noise around 1100 rpms based on reviews.

I bought these just before they were posted last time. Unbelievable how much quieter they are than the default on the evga closed loop. Zero temp difference but it went to being nearly silent even under stress. Quite pleased.

I bought these last time they were on sale. Did some live adjustments on my pc and one gave me a pretty good cut and kept on spinning. Great fans for the price

They are the same fans (with longer cables), you may want to check your fan curve (these fans have a specific RPM range where they are very quiet). If that is fine check water block mount for good contact, newer revisions of the block mounting have better contact on Ryzen processors.

I've got four Arctics and four Noctuas in my primary system, all 140mm. If you want bang for your buck, Arctic fans have great performance for the price.

Got mine in and installed today, they are definitely louder than the Noctuas but I guess for the price I can't complain. Hopefully I'll get used to the noise.

Full speed in that system is the only option unfortunately, it only has 3-pin headers, except for the CPU header and obviously that's occupied, it's an old Z97 board, works fine for what it does but it's nothing fancy. Now that you mention silent adapters though, I might have some of those around here, totally forgot those were a thing, thanks for the reminder. Smilie

Arrived yesterday. Running two on a tower cooler. Very quiet fans.
My cooler came with a cheap-o fan with led (never used the led),
and it was a bit loud. These are night-n-day different.

Just wanted to give you an update, the low noise fan adapters I had were only 3 pin and wouldn't work with these 4-pin fans, luckily there's a shop in town that had NA-SRC7 in stock (because Amazon is currently OOS) used those and the system is much quieter now. Someday when I upgrade that old board to something with more 4-pin headers I can plug these in properly, but for now this was a cheap $10 fix, so thank you for the suggestion!
