So what shoes do you recommend???
Got these and have found them extremely comfortable...and my walks involve pretty healthy elevation changes, on asphalt.
I have ultraboost 20s...they're a little too snug for me, but also work well. Skechers have been good too, but they wear out within a month. I tried Hoka shoes...didn't like the fit very well...my gait was odd in them, if that makes sense..
Everyone is clearly different though - these shoes might be perfectly adequate for light/medium running. I need a lot of arch and energy distribution b/c of HIIT and pace I run at which New Balance has failed to deliver on - I never noticed before I got older and REALLY needed that shoe support. I just ran NB b/c my cross country coach recommended them but I've learned from back and knee injuries not to trust their designs anymore...
