I exclusively get my birds from bird mills. They produce the best birds and my little guys only get the best superfood bird snacks from Kaytee.

I'm sure this is nutritious but correct me if I'm wrong, I thought many birds including parakeets can't take too much iron? Spinach is very rich in iron.
