Is this a legit business/merchant YES!!! (Really...Why would SD post shady merchants)
This is an authorized seller YES!!!

If the TV is purchased "NEW" from a licensed seller/merchant. LG has to honor the warranty.(Refurbished, opened/scuffed box,customer returns are a gray area)

For what its worth I had a GREAT experience with the customer service at Beach Camera. But that being said, I ultimately had to buy my TV locally because whoever they use to ship the TV broke 3 in a row. Not their fault, but be sure to be careful when you receive it to check it over very well.

Is there any legitimate reason to upgrade to the C1 over the CX? I know the G series has the new evo panels that are much brighter but that doesn't seem to be the case for the C1.
