I have one of these that is at least 30yrs old { yes, really). It is pretty much indestructible. About every 10 yrs I hit the joints with some lubricant. It stays in better shape than I do.

I was really into these for a while and bought quite a few off of craigslist, The old ones are way overbuilt compared to the new ones. Weak point is generally the lil knobbies and other plastic parts falling apart but there's an aftermarket for them now.

Ty. 1) Look at the bottom metal frame brace. Does it look like holes can be drilled in it to hold screw drivers - without weakening the support too much?

2) The Harbor Freight peg feet look bigger. Would you say the BDecker versions are too small, or work ok to hold a wood beam?

(I want a mobile branch cutter, and foldability to put in my truck bed. So BDecker folds smaller. But the peg feet might be too small (not enough grip) to hold 4 inch branches?)

I found these on Amazon (cant link) "Forest Master Ltd Bench Clamps, Gold." It's the type of item I want (claws attach to this bench to cut circular wood). But this is too expensive ($38.56) and I dont need it as big for logs (5.9 in).
Anyone know a product for smaller branches or a DIY hack I can make? TY

If you have any old recip saw blades, I'm sure you could find a way to fill out the tang to sit in the peg hole. There's half of your diy

Dude I swear it was this one that had a coupon a while back for 3 days. Used once per day for 50% off. This was close to 10$, it was amazing!
