In that case it's a unique listing offer and the IMEI will be displayed on the sales page right after your purchase. If you order good quality or spend $10 more for mint you should be golden. Once purchased on the sales page you will see the serial number (IMEI):

If you order from an enterprise seller with generic images and none displays the unique listing number the IMEI will NOT show up and you may have to wait until they are back in the office on Monday and the deal could be over.

There is a Samsung offer running along with this one that will also allow 2 lines to be upgraded. I hope they didn't confuse that offer to think that the promo would allow 4 lines total to be upgraded.
The limit isn't something that the reps can change. Keep checking your EIP's to see if the promotion attaches to all the lines. If you did it in the store, you should see it today.
Unless... You added a line. That's a different offer that could be combined.

Se2 was my phone….it was $400 so an extra $100 on top is good enough. Had it 5 months or so and the battery's health had dropped to 90% and the battery life wasn't that great on it tbh. For me that's more than enough value to get rid of it. Woke up at 8:30 it's 4:17 and my pro max has 79% still. It's so fast n smooth.
Be careful while purchasing iPhones from micro center. I just purchased iPhone 8 from there in NJ and on sickw.com it says that this IMEI is blocked by t mobile and reported as lost or stolen. And I can't trade that in for iPhone 12 deals. Now I have to deal with micro center and see how to return because they says they don't take phones back due to COVID. And unfortunately store doesn't have phone too to call and talk. have to go in person. Always check IMEI on sickw.com the basic apple info section and see what it says before taking any used phone. Earlier it used to be free on sickw.com but now they started fees but it's minimal. Just 0.10 per IMEI check so it is worth.
Update: I did try to use that phone and it is not working on t mobile network as it is blacklisted by t mobile itself. Other Tracfone or AT&T sim works though. I called t mobile as only my t mobile wasn't working and they also confirmed that they have IMEI blocked for that iPhone 8.
