Good deal on a few of the DTV Shredder models. This is a nice upgrade for those that get bored with scooters. You can ride this in snow, mud, grass, pavement and even through your neighbors shrubbery.
So it's basically a slow, on-land jetski? Seems like it would be cool for a specific purpose - but if you're into all terrain motorsports, feels like an ATV or motorcycle would be a better buy. More parts, more affordable and more fun I'd imagine.
I'm sure my local police will enjoy me riding this on the town sidewalks.
That would destroy the tracks pretty quickly and it is very unstable on pavement or sidewalks. These come with a giant disclaimer not to ride on hard surfaces or it could result in injury or death.
Doesn't look particularly fun or even comfortable to ride. The video tried to add much drama but it looks like a pretty lame pastime. The whole concept is really just something that is not needed or that useful for anything. I suspect a short life and the money spent ending up a waste.
Same price as a decent used ATV, except it isnt as fun, fast or versatile, it more difficult to ride, more expensive to repair, and only has room for 1 person.

Multi Purpose!
Watch as it transports a person over:
Sand
Mud
Snow
...!
It's an interesting idea, but an ATV is a helluva lot more practical, cheaper and probably easier to use - also way faster. Certainly a wheeled vehicle is going to be cheaper to maintain than a tracked one.
This thing looks like a techbro tried to invent an ATV without realizing they already exist.

I've seen oversized phat tires on scooters for off-road use. They were all custom-built machines.
