Just FYI cheap products like this one with rechargeable batteries are not safe to use. Just read some of the 1 star reviews to see reports of it smoking while charging and another review of the charger getting hot and damaging the cable. Look for UL or ETL listed products. You've been warned.
I got the 2 pack of this a while back. The fish are not as fully stuffed as the fish my sister bought elsewhere. But...I can't say enough good things about the lobster option. My cat loves it! It's soft and fluffy and has a ribbed belly. She loves all the textures and cuddles with it when I turn it off. Skip the fish get the lobster.
Got the fish a while back, cats played with it for all of 2 minutes before they figured it out. And walked away, never to play with it again.

You can find these for around $5. I bought one maybe 3 months ago. Both my cats ignored it. One of my dogs was annoyed by it, and my other dog flipped it around once or twice, then never bothered it again.
I got one for my malinios puppy A few months ago and it was hilarious to watch. Lasted a couple hours of hilarious play time but then he distroyed it. Definitely not meant for a heavy chewers, I think this is strictly for cats but if u want a good laugh with your puppy should make for a bit of short lived entertainment LOL

My cat will happily play all day. When we first got her, it was 8 hours per day of play, now at just over a year old it's still about 2-3 hours at least. Every single new toy I've gotten her, she loves and her life revolves around it. Except for this, this was the only toy she showed no interest for, even right out of the box.
it's probably because of the motor inside. most people think that this is a great toy without realizing that animals do not like motorized stuff ( some are terrified by it ). the sound of motor is not natural for an animal, so unless you start with this toy at a very yearly age of the animal, most animal will not find this toy attractive.

Tried at 6 months, no interest. The other motorized bugs are top tier toys though
I have a cat but %100 bought this last time to find something to entertain my "high needs" (barely naps, never sleeps through night, needs high amount of changing stimulation) toddler. He loves it and it still entertains him at 18 mos. He doesn't chew it like other toys so no risk there but I watch him with it during telework just in case. He likes watching it flop around and the motor doesn't phase him when holding it (takes a vacuum motor to even make him start walking away). Anything that can entertain him during these times is worth 7$ to me...
I saw this on TV a few weeks later, I honestly thought it was the dumbest idea ever, yet I wanted to buy one.... damn it, this thing sounds like a great cat toy!

This is what cata do. It will go missing under a couch and randomly reappear in your bed 6 months later.
