I'm a huge fan of my Samson Q2U Dynamic mic. You have to be pretty close to it for it to pick you up, but it's crystal clear with no hum. People on webex say I sound like a radio host. It's great, because people never hear my neighbor's lawn crew 6' outside my window, and if you set it up right, you can even type without it getting picked up.

The Yeti nano is a solid mic...kinda like it better than the Yeti and certainly better than snowball. But if you are not in a quiet environment and deal with a lot of potential background noise....it's a rough go either way.

Any recommendation for a microphone around this price range that deals with background noise? I typically have the TV running in the background while playing video games

This right here is about as good as it gets in this price range. You could spend a bit more and get marginally better sound but tbh at that point I'd say get an interface and an XLR mic. Imo

There was a buildapcsales deal thread for a Yeti Blackout edition... ymmv on availability and lower regional Brickseek pricing, but anyway... People were saying these mics pickup all the background noise, and you need to use noise filters to try to control that. Some people have claimed it still doesn't work well though. I know from experience that discord noise filter for example isn't perfect, and things still get through
