Also, that accidental damage plan if unused after 3 years is fully refundable (minus tax). So if you use it, thank goodness you had it. If you don't, you get your money back. My wife used to work HP support so we know the process. And I'm pretty sure there is no limit to the amount of claims (don't quote me on that) vs 1 claim with Lenovo.
Those new Legions will be beast for sure, but I ordered the ryzen 7 omen with 3070 and upped to 1tb nvme. Worth it to me.

This, is a bit more bang for your buck and both ram slots and sad slots are upgradable on this (could be on the Lenovo too but I didn't research the Lenovo as much because this one won out in other areas)

I got the 5600H 3060 model I ordered in April a few days before the May 19 estimated date. Thinking about ordering the 5800H 3070 model now and reselling my 3060 model lol
Are they charging you right away or when it shipped?
Legion 5 is a much faster GPU at a similar price (100w vs 130w). Problem is you can't buy it anywhere yet. Then again this one has long lead times too so they might end up being available around the same time.

Damn good prices, if you don't mind the 2 month wait, minimum
