-very limited apps
-very limited watch faces with oddly specific 90s themed designs, and a few semi simplistic faces.
-you can't answer calls or text, even with quick replies. Can only decline a call...
-no audio controls (Spotify or otherwise)
-the steps are over calculated (apparently walked over 600 steps on a 60 min drive)
-if you want to set a timer, that's the ONLY thing you can do until the timer is up! Can't even see the time...
-UI is super choppy.
-if you're wearing polarized Sunglasses, you can't see the screen when it's on. I mean come on...
I have quite a few other wyze products which I'm overall quite happy with. This was a disappointment, even at this price, I was expecting more.
It's a mediocre fitness band with a watch face.
TL DR: Hardware is nice, software sucks, but hopefully will be updated

No calculator
No sorry . It's only 20 dollars. They are not even able to give a decent watch face, calculator won't be possible at this price. Sorry.
Notifications works decent and vibrant work well. Alarm work well . Timer work well and like it a lot. App support are limited ( nothing but original apps only) step counter seems little off base on my cell phone counts and sleep counts little different than my wife watch xaomi ( we switched and tested)
Overall not perfect and great but well worth for money.
The amazfit bip has A LOT more 3rd-party software support (on android) that significantly increases its functionality. Even out of the box it has more functionality, including watch faces, than this wyze. It could be due to the wyze being a new product compared to the bip. Though the bip is about twice the price, it's worth it for the amount of features over this wyze.

Never saw a claim of 14 days battery. It's 9 days… & meets this spec quite well.
Sent you a PM. I'll take it for my kid.

But For $20 you are getting a smart watch that gives you pretty reliable text and call notifications, cal/step counter, run trackers, loooong battery life and blood oxygen levels which i think is only found on Iwatch 6. There's other useful functions as well as weather, alarm clock and timers but for those few reason I first mentioned, the $20 is a no brainer.
As far as the watch face deigns go, they offer the custom photo option which I pretty much only use and with a good res output the images look great. There's bootleg Chinese smart watches that claim to do all that an iwatch does for $40-$60 and I wouldn't even blink an eye at those but I would give my $20-$25 for this watch in a heartbeat not to mention this watch is comfortable and looks pretty damn cool on your wrist. The only thing really missing is the answer call and speech to text function for text replies but again, it's a $20 watch!! I would actually be more surprised if they offered it in the first place.
My only con so far really with this watch is the face does scratch somewhat easy but I blame myself for not swapping it out when I went do some work in the garage. But keep it nice and use it for your office job or nice occasions and you'll be fine. Thanks for the time! PS I have the 47mm which i would recommend over the 44.
The watch does well with battery life and the fitness functions. If you need a good watch that also tracks fitness then this could be for you. But if you want anything more out of a watch, I would pass.
Yes, to what chemicals were used in it's manufacturing. My previous smartwatch bands never caused an issue being made of the same type of material. Posted on Wyze forums and I am not the only person who had this type of reaction, exclusively from the Wyze product and not other similar products. Thank you though. I never would have known it was an allergic reaction without you staying the obvious.
Is the vibrating alarm strong enough to wake you up? How good is the sleep tracking?
I sleep like a rock, so the vibrating alarm or a fire alarm hardly works but having something vibrating albeit rather soft does help. It's not as powerful as a typical phone vibration but depending on how snug to your wrist it is, it's noticable (I've been using a 22mm elastic nylon band I got off Amazon, WNIPH 22mm Adjustable Elastic... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B094TXZ...b_ap_
