So do you cancel the batteries after the order is placed or do you just return them when you pick the order up. I ask because it won't let me ship the batteries to home which is how I did the drill hack.

Rapid dual battery charger retails for $85 by itself, so add in 2 5.0ah batteries as well as the saw itself for $50 and I'd say this is pretty slick.

Retail and market price are not the same especially with Makita deals like this being off and on for a very long time. No one is paying $80 for the charger by itself. After this same deal last year I had the charger and batteries on fleabay for months at $125. No interest. Decided to just hold on to and build out my 18v line instead.

Here is a link to the add on battery pack. You can add the saw linked in original post and then manually add this and you can hack away.

I didn't see any option to cancel a portion of the order and had to cancel whole purchase. Even live chat wouldn't allow a partial cancel as it was a Buy 1 Get 1 deal. How does this hack work?

The charger itself is $45-50, charger & both batteries from $155-180 on eBay. Weird cuz just yesterday 13 of these chargers and battery charger kits sold on eBay. Maybe just a phenomenon cuz only 287 of these sold in last 90 days..
