So 2 power strips and a thermostat for $16 isn't that bad. Thank you OP, repped.
Basically, the 4 green outlets are bounded to the single "master" outlet. Master is on, all is on; master off, all off (with a 10s-ish delay). The two "always-on" are normal outlets.
So, I prefer to say this is a 3-outlet strip rather than a 7-outlet one, unless you know how to make use of the other 4. Kinda tricky but not that difficult.

I use it with my TV, Firestick and Apple TV. When I turn off my TV, the power strip cuts the power of my Firestick and Apple TV. When I turn on the TV, it will power on my Firestick and Apple TV. It takes time to load my Firestick from start every time.
If you are buying this power strip, you may also consider buying other items like lightbulbs for combined shipping. They are cheap too. Also, tax is based on the original purchase price, not the after rebate price.
