I mentioned the offer to my wife who is a Chase employee and she pulled it up on her internal system. It had a note that they had additional offers if you apply in a branch. You get the 100k points, 1st year AF waived, and a $50 grocery credit. So essentially an extra $145 for applying in the branch.
Wow. No brainer if you are eligible for the bonus.
I signed up for 80k offer just last week. Can I get chase to make it 100k?

Not sure if this still applies, but before it was 48 months from when you got the last bonus points, not 48 months from when you actually got approved. So if you are on the cusp, you may want to call Chase to see if you are eligible.
FYI - if you already have Chase Sapphire Reserve then you are not eligible for this CSP card since they both technically comes under "same" product category.. thats what I was told when I tried to apply for my wife and got denied
I just applied and received a pending decision notification. Does this mean an inevitable rejection to come in the mail? Anyone know the number to call to inquiry about the hold up?
I just got it thanks! After I get the bonus I'll go back to my Freedom Unlimited 1.5%. (It's nice to be able to pay rent on a credit card! It's like a rent rebate.)
What? Rent? Really. I wish I could pay my mortgage that way.

You have a chase account before/now? Should be instant for most current card holders
The new 100,000 offer is now available online, and will become available in Chase branches later this month on the 17th (unclear if annual fee will be waived on that branch offer). It's possible that referral links will get the new offer soon as well.
I got my 80k back in Jan and used it for $1,200 off my shed I purchased (25% extra was for home improvement category which the shed place was included). I also just got the $150 gift card for Amazon Visa on Sunday, which I didn't know was through Chase. I'm putting on a new roof and will be charging $10k. Maybe I'll try applying for my son again who doesn't have a chase card yet.
My wife is an authorized user in my account but has never had this card outside of being an authorized user. She hits all the criteria for approval and then it seems like we can link accounts to transfer to my UR account. Am I understanding right that we can remove her as a user and then apply and transfer her points to mine when it guys and then downgrade at the end of the year? Or am I missing something?
Might be already answered question but can you transfer points between spouses? I got the card with 80k bonus recently but I could get the 100k for DW..... 200k points would go a long way

Looks like it was due to a credit freeze I had on my credit report. Just unfroze it and it went through!
