However, you needn't worry about the Pay Yourself Back deadline. Chase has extended the program until December 31, 2021.
Personally, I wouldn't hold my breath on Chase putting out any official message stating the program has been extended. Chase often releases information through third party sources, expecting the information to somehow make its way to the masses.
i downgraded CSR on 9/24 and i applied for CSP via referral link today and got the response:
"Thank you for your request.
We need to review your request a little longer. We will let you know of our decision as soon as possible.
Thank you for choosing the Chase Sapphire Preferred Card."
does this mean that my CSR has cleared the system? what can i expect my outcome to be at this point? i have great credit and a long history with Chase.
