I was eyeing this model 4 or 5 weeks back on sale for $1599.

It has excellent ratings. I walked into BJs (Clay, NY - for the last one) today, and it was on clearance for $1299. I immediately bought one. edit: (I am trying to figure out how to upload pic here on SD phone app, have a pick of clearance price tag)

Cracked screen
Nope.
To clarify: no I don't think people should transport such a huge screen like this.
But, I checked it when I got home last night.
No cracks, no dead pixels. Very nice picture.
The challenge now is I want to ceiling mount it, but need a mount that attaches to a single joist, not one that needs an additional board installed lengthwise to screw the mount anchor into.....
