PFOA is harmful in large quantities and USED to be used in the manufacturing of Teflon pan coatings DECADES ago.
The PFOA found in Teflon coatings was trace amounts and was never going very shown to be harmful (again decades ago)
Out of an abundance of caution and associated with the bad press PFOA was removed from the manufacturing process DECADES ago.
So. Are you willing to dig yourself deeper with more wrong, outdated and incorrect information?

It's especially unfortunate that you didn't read and digest the articles you attempted to cite. If you had you would know that the first two articles are related the the Dark Waters scandal which is related to the release of PFOA in wastewater into the environment. This has nothing to do with Teflon other than in the past it was a byproduct of the manufacturing process decades ago---- FAIL
Your second two articles aren't about Teflon or PFOA at all but rather PFAS which is another matter entirely.
Did you just google "teflon bad" and copy the first 4 links you found.

It is somewhere in the manual, where it describes the content of the box. Have had mine for over a yr and can assure you it is ceramic coated. As a matter of fact I looked into how I could swap the touch control board with the one from instant pot since the dimensions are the same . Keep in mind that this is just a hot plate, pot, pressure vacuum seal and the the control board. There are folks that bought this, then ordered the stainless steel insert from instant pot and it fits perfectly.
Actually it is not in the manual, just checked but I can't remember where I had originally read it when I bought it. U can buy the stainless steel inner pot from instant pot if u prefer that. Thinking about it now, i think the instant pot non-stick [google.com] is the one that is ceramic coated and we all just inferred that this one must be the same and i believe it is. I tried calling their 1877-467 4289 to inquire but i did not feel like waiting on hold.
