That seems to be just the GPS version. No cellular
The offer is $150 off $500. The watch was $499, but NYS sales tax pushed it to $543 or something for me. Fortunately, AMEX doesn't discern a difference between the sale price and tax, so it gave me the $150 off. I think my total was like $394 or something like that which is more than likely less than what you pay here.
Of course, you need to have the offer/card, and savings will vary depending on what you pay in local sales tax (clearly NY is punishing). Might not make much of a difference for someone in Delaware, but it will for most other jurisdictions.

This is a pro tip. The blue one I want is out of stock, but $375 + tax is a great deal on 44mm with cellular. Especially because I can sell my series 4 for probably 200?
It really depends on the condition. I have seen series 4 mostly sell around $125 to $175. FB market place is on the cheaper side. You can get closer to $200 on swappa or mercari but then there are fees.
