Is this shredded memory foam or a solid insert? The best pillows I've found are the shredded fill ones where you can add and remove fill so you can adjust it to the height you want and they give you a supplemental bag of fill for adjustment.

these went flat. no joke lol maybe first month will feel ok but it does go flat.

I bought these last year. I bought the firm variety and "never goes flat" from walmart. To be honest, they're the only pillow i have that hasnt gone flat. I bought the serta cool pillow and it went flat really fast whereas this stayed firm and puffy. Certainly lives to it's name. I just wish all of their pillows could live to that standard.

Believe it. I've been buying these pillows from Walmart in-store & online for about 5 years now. I usually get the firm ones and this is just the normal everyday price at 8 bucks for one or 16 for two. They're okay pillows, but expect to buy a new one every 6 months or so because they do start going flat after a few months. Personally, I don't put pillows in the washing machine, so I figure 16 bucks a year to have 2 new clean, fresh, decent pillows isn't such bad deal. (I change them out @ 6 mos.) I just bought 2 today before I even saw this post.
