Lightning deal took an extra $9 off of the 256GB version for me, making it $15.99 before taxes. Thanks OP!

Also note that Samsung.com does not PM any more. I've asked via chat, but no dice.

Edit: dirtbag88 pointed out that this may have been a targeted promotion and even if it was a lightning deal it may have expired by now. I guess I got lucky there.

You got the $10 small business shopper credit earlier this week. I did too. Not sure what I even bought to get it, but hey, not complaining.

I went for the 512gb to expand my samsung s7+ which I use in the field to back up drone and camera footage.

Ah, that explains it, thanks. I also got mine for my S7 Plus! I was wondering if I would come to regret getting 'just' a class 3 instead of a class 10, but the price is unbeatable.

I thought EVO Select used to be an Amazon-exclusive and a rebadge of EVO Plus cards, so I wonder why Samsung.com starts selling EVO Select, since Samsung also sells the (spec-wise identical) EVO Plus. I've never bought from Samsung.com and I'm not surprised if their orders are fulfilled by Amazon.

Are people still getting fakes sold-by-Amazon flash memory products (not EVO Plus since Amazon no longer sell them directly, maybe SanDisk cards and USB drives?) Even Amazon acknowledged the problem years ago and I'd assume they'd keep sellers' inventory separate for highly counterfeit item like this (and those Disney toys).
