apparently there is a new crypto (chia) that uses storage... also this us stated as 7200rpm drive, dont recall those being $190.

Chia was here and gone. Their wasn't a hard drive sale for two months now I seen three sales in the past week.

The bull run on crypto is over, but it's still not quite dead. Give it another 6 months and we'll be back to normal prices.

Yes, I remember when the WD Red [5400RPM]was this price or below in the past, but this is the WD Red PLUS [7200RPM]. and at today's inflated prices, this is the best price I could find in many months.
