I bought this drive a couple of days and my Dell Alienware Aurora R12 won't detect it with the MVNe to PCIe adapter. I could not figure out what the problem was. 😣

The P5 2TB deal from yesterday was probably better but it was a lightning deal and didn't get a chance to get one but I think this is a close second best deal for those that missed out. $100 for a very reliable and still top performing drive is a no brainer.

How much was that, grabbed the hynix one for 108, would have liked 2tb though of it was a good deal.

I believe it was close to around $170 or $180.

Ordered this from Amazon and received it yesterday, tried to install it in my Dell Alienware Aurora R12 and used this MVNE to PCIe adapter https://www.amazon.com/gp/product...UTF8&psc=1 but it would not detect it even though I can see it in the device manager under "disk drives" and said (the device is working properly). Any idea what the problem could be? TIA.

It was closer to $200. Yeah I was bummed i missed it. so bummed that i ended up splurging on a 980 2tb pro for $313. LMAO I would have totally gone for the P5 and saved 100 if it was in stock
Anyway, funny how that deal barely got any love whereas all these 500gb - 1TB deals hit FP in no time.

Sounds like it doesn't get detected during post/bios.
Try updating bios if it's available
