And before anyone chimes in, I've tried all 3 APN's and none of them made any difference.

I may just switch from my Hello Mobile $5/mo plan for this plan with double the high speed data for less than $1 more per month.

Oh wow, if only I knew this one day earlier I wouldn't have renewed for the month.Still a good deal though even if I just wasted $7. (because of the unlimited 2G, and it comes out less than 100min+1G for one year)edit: oh I can wait 30 days to activate. Sounds good.

Comparing it to other T-Mobile network like Mint and others, Tello constantly missed calls.
My iPhone 7 Plus had 2 bars and LTE all the time when I had Tello but when I used my mom's iPhone 7Pluse that also had Tello SIM card in it, I couldn't make the call go thro. My iPhone 7 Plus just didn't ring at all. The call from my mom's iPhone 7 Plus went directly into voice mail. This is very very annoying. I missed 2 important phone calls bcuz of this. I'd suggest you all to not use Tello as your primary phone number.
I now put Mint's 3 months SIM cards into my iPhone 7+ and my mom's, Mint mobile does not have the same problem that I had with Tello. And I know they are all on T-Mobile network.
