Is there much replayability with these? How long does each game take to complete? Thanks in advance.
There is zero replay. You often write on, fold, and tear objects to solve clues. Also once you know the solution not worth playing again anyhow.
These are throwaway games, which is really unfortunate because usually only 1 or 2 components need to be destroyed or visibly manipulated out of the whole box. That said, I bought one from a thrift store that was obviously played and it was still a fun experience overall.
No, there is zero replayability with these exit games. It is a one time play through. Usually you have to manipulate or destroy stuff so you can't even pass it on to others.
Depending on difficulty level and group familiarity it typically takes 2 - 3 hours to play. We usually play with 3-4 people, any larger and everyone can't participate at once.
Most of all, you know the riddle once you solve it and there is no challenge in revisiting it.
Wife and I have handed a few of the games to friends that we completed. Just so they can get a feel for the escape room in a box format. They usually can get a pretty good idea and a little bit of fun from it despite a few puzzles being "pre-solved"

Did the Secret Lab for our 2nd... if we had flip flopped it would have been a much different experience. The difficulty and abstract format would have been really off putting if it wasn't for our previous experience with the House of Riddles.
I guess be mindful of the difficulty level indicated on the front of the box. Dont go full tilt for a starter! Great games tho!
The first time I played was the "Abandoned Cabin" and I brought it on a weekend getaway to… a cabin. Best decision ever, I would highly recommend it.
