I'm usually a generic-brand person, but when trying to clean something difficult (like rust or permanent marker off of tile) the Mr.Clean is the way to go. Thicker denser pads are worth the extra pennies for not having to change out pads every minute

I've tried the generic 50 ct. boxes of melamine foam from China, but it's just not the same. In this case, nothing beats the Mr. Clean brand. Glad to see this deal back in stock.

Don't even need these (at the moment) but bought some. I'm sure my 3 year old has some crayon markings in his room I haven't found yet. Great price.

This is a better deal than the Magic Erasers posted earlier this week, but still not a good deal. Buy unbranded melamine foam and you can get a box the size of a mini-fridge for like $5-$10 shipped.

So I've been buying the bags of 100 for like $20-30 for a long time. Search for melamine sponge on Amazon, eBay or Walmart. The Mr clean ones do go a little further but not 2-3x further.

I use the Chinese knock offs, but with just a tiny bit of water.

The Chinese knock offs are smaller and definitely less sturdy, but I find both to be very specific in what they can do. They are not scrub pads, and neither the knock offs or these will hold up to using them as such
Mostly what they do, they do wit ease, harsh rubbing is not going to make them work better.
Fwiw, that's my experience.

I'm the same way and agree with you 100% on this. These are far better than the genetics and last much longer.
