No only redeemable in gift cards which sucks unless they have Amazon.
This card is more in line with the Sapphire Preferred, in which case I'd still choose the Preferred because the SUB is worth way more, the points are worth 1.25cpp vs 1cpp on the Citi, and you can pair the Chase Sapphire's with the Freedom to get even more value.
Citi Prestige also has $250 credit... which brings the AF down to $250
