11g net carbs is too high for me. Also has 5g sugar alcohols which can cause gas and bloating for a lot of people. Ingredient list has maltitol which has a glycemic profile similar to sugar. This basically has everything you should avoid.
Also I've tried one of these bars before and they were sickeningly sweet. Can someone please make non-sweet, no-sweetener protein bars?

What kind of panzy diet are you on where 11 net carbs is too high? And you get gas and bloating from sugar alcohol? Just stick to eating broccoli bro
Keto is high fat, high protein, low carb. In order to get your body into ketosis, which is having your body switch to burning fat from fuel instead of glucose, you need to keep sugar(carb) intake to a bare minimum. Sugar alcohols vary, some spike your glycemic index, but others are non-digestible and don't cause GI issues.
I was 164lbs at the beginning of May, and today I weighed 149lbs. I average 70-100g carbs daily before subtracting fiber and sugar alcohols, and average 10-20g of sugar per day. I'm 44 years old and the strongest and best shape of my life between a keto diet and exercising 3-4x/week in less than 3 months. I skip out on many foods that I used to eat that weren't doing my health any good, but there's tons of food that I can enjoy plenty of like bacon, eggs, cheese and dairy.
That's the panzy diet. And now you're smarter than you were before you made your narrow minded comment, bro.

Lol dur dur I do keto me smart. You can lose weight without doing keto. It's all about calories in vs calories out + exercising. The rest is non sense. Best shape in your life at 44? Because you were doing nothing right before.

Yeah, believe it or not I've never been able to lose much weight eating "normal" even when I was watching my caloric intake and exercising. My target area is my stomach, and when I followed your dur dur calories in vs calories out + exercising without limiting what I ate, my gut refused to budge. You know why? Because like I said in my last comment, my body was not trained to use fat as fuel because I kept feeding it carbs which turn into sugar glucose which your body then looks for as fuel. Those hunger pains you feel, they aren't because you need more food, they're because your body needs more carbs like an addict needing a bump. So that fat you keep around your gut just hangs around harming your digestive system, giving you acid reflux, and a whole slew of ailments. When you get your body to view fat as fuel and take sugar out of the equation, the cravings largely go away, the hunger pains gone, and your body can now view your fat reserves as fuel.
So yeah, dur dur me smart and dur dur you keep talking.

Oh and another thing, keto and apple cider vinegar helped me kick my acid reflux medication cold turkey. So dur dur keto for your health!
I'm not getting the coupon on any variety I tried. It may be due to the fact that I bought two previous Pure Protein offers and then cancelled my subscriptions.
received them... melted... (not Amazon's fault.... the hot weather is just too much) I knew it was going to be melted when I picked up the box from my front porch. The mailman rang the door and I picked it up... the box was really, really hot. I used a contactless thermometer and the inside of the box was 143 degrees.
