11g net carbs is too high for me. Also has 5g sugar alcohols which can cause gas and bloating for a lot of people. Ingredient list has maltitol which has a glycemic profile similar to sugar. This basically has everything you should avoid.

Also I've tried one of these bars before and they were sickeningly sweet. Can someone please make non-sweet, no-sweetener protein bars?

I ordered these on the last offer and ended up throwing most of them out.
The price was right but they didn't taste.
I love the Amazon deals but hate how they send products that are about to expire.

I prefer powder, but as far as bars go kirkland (costco) are my favorite by far. The macros are incredible and they are palatable and not too sweet. I mean, they taste like protein bars, but they have a nice texture and I find myself craving them sometimes.

What kind of panzy diet are you on where 11 net carbs is too high? And you get gas and bloating from sugar alcohol? Just stick to eating broccoli bro
