I know there have been better deals recently but I managed to miss all of them (not sure how) until I realized I did want one of these. So, this is the best one I could find currently. Other people have received these and they are indeed new sealed in box.
Thinking about getting this phone as a 2nd phone/dupe. I bought the woot deal for same phone for $160 that was refurb like new a few weeks ago. Is this a good deal for ebay?
I bought 3 when they were $130 at B&H. Blah blah blah time machine blah blah blah $175 is not a good deal.
I guess if you literally have to have a phone now and this checks 100% of the boxes, you could do worse. Personally, I'd hold off if you don't need it right now. There's always a better deal right around the corner.
Reminder that with google photos now moving to photo storage counting against your Google allotment, these Pixel phones that have been grandfathered in to unlimited photo storage based on their sale marketing at the time, are not a bad investment as a second camera for life. Google's web storage is pretty cheap but I hate subscription services regardless.

Each pixel version is different, the Pixel 3 only has 1 year left before it converts to a normal plan. The original Pixel is the only one truly grandfathered in
Just in case anyone else wants to pull the trigger on a Pixel 3, be aware that even new in the box you might not get a full warranty if you buy from anyone other than B&H. I just bought one in a sealed box (Amazon 3rd party seller) and Google says the warranty expires in 2 months. Didn't want somebody to grab one of these thinking they were covered, then run into one of the many Pixel 3 issues in a few months and be out of luck. Bummed that I missed out on the B&H deals, but at least maybe the 4a will drop when the 5a comes out next month.

If your Pixel 3 was indeed new in Box, Google has been resetting the warranties to 1 year from your date of activation. Takes a few days to a couple of weeks to update. Recheck your warranty on the Google website in a week.

I haven't opened it yet, but maybe I'll give it a shot. Google told me (twice) that I was SOL because it was a 3rd party and "didn't come from an authorized reseller". I was afraid to open it if I was going to have trouble later, but maybe I'll double-check the return policy and then give it a try.

Mine still shows the warranty expiring on 10/5/21 The seller said they would offer a 1 year warranty, but I know how 3rd party sellers can be, so I'm not counting on anything from them. Crossing my fingers that I don't need it!
