FYI mine will only do 2k 144hz over hdmi 2.0 from my legion 5i model (81Y600DBUS) I'm sure it can do the 165hz from DisplayPort from a real desktop.

I have this monitor and have reached 165 hz on DisplayPort.

About pull the trigger on a 27" Viewsonic 1440p that is $250. Crazy this is even cheaper.

I don't game but going from a 24 to a 32 QHD a few years ago, felt initially to big and close. Now I doubt I could use less and be happy with it.
